The boats anchor at the south end of Patong Beach, beside the peer. At low tide, you can walk across the sand in the shallow water. This is where I found a team of fisherman waiting for high tide. They flew a few different flags from their boat, American, Thai, Chinese< Russian, an international crew. They we’re arranged perfectly by themselves, making a great photo.
